Our Why

1 John 1:5 "This is the message we have heard from him and proclaim to you, that God is light, and in him is no darkness at all."

Our mission is to advocate an end of Sex Trafficking activities through AWARENESS, RESTORATION, OUTREACH, SANCTUARY, and ENDING DEMAND.

People are #notforsale

A ROSE Program has a vision to raise actionable Awareness about the sex industry for businesses and communities, advocate for exploited women, our daughters, teens, through Restoration and Outreach activities. We seek to empower survivors and their families on a healing pathway of Sanctuary, and support men to be part of the solution to End Demand.

Our Story

A ROSE Program had its humble beginnings in May of 2019 during a prayer meeting after three women heard the outcry of a mom and the frustration she faced in attempting to liberate her daughter from sex trafficking exploitation. There is much confusion for family members who navigate the streets searching, coordinating with organizations, or law enforcement as they seek to recover and reconnect with their loved one.

Through the combined Sex Trafficking Outreach experience of these three women, they took to the streets themselves, seeing the issue women, our daughters, and teens face in our Texas communities.

To create impactful change the Sex Trafficking industry in Central Texas this is going to take all of us praying, loving more like Jesus, collaborating, adopting a Advocate Survivor centered approach as we work together. We believe to End Demand and exploitation in the sex industry, heal families, our communities, we have to treat women, our daughters, and teens with the respect, dignity, and love they deserve.

Fact: Texas ranks 2nd for the number of calls made to the National Human Trafficking Hotline.

Our Symbol

We chose a rose to symbolize the inner beauty deep within each of us and the thorns as a reminder of the restorative path found through healing. The Rose flower reminds us of the love which God sees in us even when we do not see it. A Rose is sturdy, and its perfume is unique. The color red symbolizes the pure form of sacrificial love of Christ for each of us.

"Love is patient; love is kind. It does not envy; it does not boast; it is not proud. It does not dishonor others; it is not self-seeking; it is not easily angered; it keeps no record of wrongs. Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth. It always protects, always trusts, always hope, always perseveres. Love never fails." 1 Corinthians 13:4-8
